Organisation

An organisation is used to manage user permissions and visibility of suites. They are flexible enough to structure organisations to your needs, most use-cases will require one organisation.

Each suite belong to an organisation, and this is how user management can be used to flexibly organise your test suites.

The owner

All organisations have one owner who implicitly has all permissions. They are responsible for the billing of the organisation's suites.

The owner can be transfer ownership to another user at any time.

User permissions

An organisation can contain many users, all users can see suites belonging to the organisation, and optionally be granted the following permissions,

Manage users Users assigned this permission can invite users to the organisation and remove them.
This permission cannot be used to escalate another user's privileges.
Manage suites Users assigned this permission can create, update, and clone suites within the organisation.
Run reports Users assigned this permission can manually start a report
